I'm Eden!

I'm a former collegiate athlete turned mountain athlete, registered dietitian and mountain sports nutritionist who eats all the foods so I can climb all the mountains.
To me, the key to truly sending it in the mountains all year round is letting go of food fear, ditching the dieting mentality in order to adopt the fueling mentality. 

I am in recovery for disordered eating, and my mission as a registered dietitian has always been to prevent others from experiencing my fate of Female Athlete Triad/Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport. 

I did not become a registered dietitian to preach weight loss. Because our weight doesn't equal our worth. Because our bodies are more than just a number on a scale. Because finding the balance between nourishing our bodies and our minds is where the real magic happens - not from being afraid of starchy carbs.

Will you be teaching certain concepts each week?

Yes - each week, we will break down 1-2 of the 10 Intuitive Eating Principles.

Will I lose weight during this program?

Weight loss is not our main focus, but it can be a byproduct of the work you put in to create sustainable habits. Any program that is centered around weight loss is not a true representation of intuitive eating. The problem is that any focus on weight loss will sabotage your ability to reconnect with your body's inner cues. When you focus on weight, it places your attention on external measures for eating - such as portion sizes, macros, calories - rather than connecting with your internal cues.

How does sports nutrition tie into this?

Sports nutrition recommendations are actually a lot less rigid than most recommendations given inside weight loss programs. In order to perform our best, we must understand how the body uses all macronutrients, including simple sugars. Approaching the body with a fueling mindset vs a dieting mindset is one of the components that has helped me overcome disordered eating as a former collegiate athlete turned mountain athlete. 

How many people will be in the program with me?

I'm capping the group at 20 - This will allow me to personalize the recommendations and make sure everyone's questions are answered.

We'll discuss how to overcome the “food police” - which will help you fuel your body in a way that's nourishing for your body and your soul. 

I want to do this program, but my budget is a little tight. Is there a payment plan?

Yes! A payment plan is available. You can split the cost of the program into two payments of $297. The first installment is required to secure your spot in the program, and the second installment will be due before July 1st.

Which day will the group calls take place?

Thursday evenings at 7pm MT starting June 8th.

Replays of the calls will be available in case you are not able to attend live.

1:1 private session

In addition to the bi-weekly group calls, each of you will have the option to schedule 1:1 intensive sessions with me at a discounted price. My goal is to be the accountability and encouragement you need in your life to help you live a realistically healthy life - free of diet culture bullshit.

A private 45-60 minute session with me is usually $197. Inside Fearlessly Fueled, you are able to schedule a session for $89.
